The Twerky Girl…..Miley

The music video is called “We can’t stop” of course Miley Cyrus sings it. before I rant or give my opinon on it, just note that she said her change was a….movement. The video starts off with a Beatspill by Dr.dre  and then it goes to Miley acting weird. And whats going on is that there is a house party going on and I guess everyone is fun, but Miley is tripping really hard because you see Teddy bears, a Skull made out of French fries, and a Jason maked guy. but that’s not even it you constantly see miley sticking her tongue and acting all sleezy like. by sleezy I mean sl**y but that’s just me, Miley also is saying “We can’t stop” and at the end of the video she is saying “Yeah”. To me the lyrics are nothing to bad or to special its the Video that’s makes you think you your self are high, high as a space ship. the tone is “Party and Freedom” you can clearly tell by just watching 2:30 that Miley has changed and she either does this to be left alone or to get attention. In the end Miley is someone that can Make you puke out your guts or want to join her “Movement” if your into to having fun that way. I myself see her as one of those normal to crazy as f**k Miley and I don’t think she do I dare say, GOING TO STOP…..EVER!!!!!

From my point of view as an Hispanic if a person were to where a sombrero then that would make me think to my self

“Not all Mexicans wear sombreros” so I bet when a Native American see a stereotypical outfit worn at a game or anywhere they must think the same thing. Since East has been using the “Scarlets” for 63 years, why hasn’t there been anything big about it?

The answer to that is simple, its because no one cares at all. It’s the sad truth, they don’t care in a mean way but in the way as if you were to just forget about doing your homework, not a big deal.

If I were to ask a Native person who goes to East about the Scarlets being the mascot, there would probably be a 85% chance that they wouldn’t cry about it or get mad.

We live in age now where racism has gone down or a little down, so now I would think it would be ok to use the Natives as a mascot for a team or anything.

But then again some of them would get mad because no Native wears a headdress out in public, much like a Mexican wearing a sombrero.

East right now as come here, is using just using the word East or initials EH so the Native American imagery is hardly being used at all in any way besides using the word “Scarlets”.

I think we should be the East High Penguins, or Chimps, or Bees, anything at all.
